Dan Holm goes big at Rye Airfield.

17 year old Dan Holm of Hudson N.H. is a frequent visitor to Rye Airfield, in Rye N.H. After seeing him going huge over the Monster box several times, I couldn't wait to take a few photos and ask a few questions.
How long have you been riding? I have been riding scooters for 10 years.
What got you into scootering? Before I got my first scooter, one of my friends let me ride his for a few minutes. After that I begged my parents to by me a scooter, and they gave me one for my seventh birthday. That night I rode until my parents forced me to come inside: I was hooked.
What was your first scooter? My first scooter was a green razor MS-130A. It was a typical Razor scooter that everyone had.
Current ride? My current scooter is very different from my first scooter. I have a one piece Phoenix Pro Scooters deck, 20" wide bars from Inward Scooters, and a threadless compression system similar to those used on bikes.
Do you have a favorite place to ride? Rye is definately my favorite place to ride. As for local parks, I like the ones in Pelham and Londonderry.
Any influences? My riding is not really influenced by other riders. I try to have my own style and ride for fun. Some of my favorite riders are Brandon Kilbury, Josh Kish, Ryan Upchurch, and Stan Smirnoff.
Thanks Dan.
